I found myself bobbing my head to this, it's a nice beat! I felt it got kind of monotonous nearing the end though, but I still like it ^^

After listening to this a gajillion times and thinking about the title, I've imagined this song to be how someone feels protecting someone else. Like, taking the blame for them, making up for their slack by doing extra work, just being merciful by taking on burdens for them because they're weaker than you. But it's exhausting and painful to constantly lend your strength to someone else, and it takes its toll, even if you're strong. This song is how that feels.
I know my imagined situation doesn't help you at all in the technical aspect of making songs, sorry >.< But I really like how it sounds, especially that electric guitar (I think that's what it is). And the "heavy" sounds like the drums and guitar, mix great with the lighter piano. The piano makes the overall tone feel less harsh, being the one of the few "light" sounds.

...I really know nothing about music >.< So in short, I think this is a great song!

Hey no need to apologize. Actual I really appreciate that kind of feedback. Trying to paint a situation using music is really an art to me and if I can get someone to think about something through notes in a song I think that is an accomplishment. I always see pictures when I listen to music. Thats probably why I choose to create music in the genre that I do. I like lyrics, but its the mental pictures that actually attract me to the music I listen to and create. So I understand completely what you're saying and thank you for taking the time to express that.

This is definitely better than the original one you made. In the original, sometimes the pitch got too high, and the strings seemed a bit sudden. Now the strings coming in seem much smoother and the entire song is much more pleasant. I /love/ that music box sound ^^
This song fits well with the title and theme you had in mind, I think. The only small nitpick is that it doesn't loop too well, it has a very clear fade out ending.

Alright… I freaking love this song.
Call me pretentious, but I see a story with this. At the beginning of the song, you discover a new hobby or activity or something. It's happy fun times at first, but then reality slaps that away when you realize you're really not that good at your hobby (1:11). Next part of the song as it picks back up (1:21), is when you work hard to improve and start to regain confidence. (2:22) is a moment of looking back to see how far you've come. By the ending/chorus repeat of the song (2:42), it's back to happy fun times. And this time it lasts, because you've become awesome at your hobby.
Fuck yea B)

Well… That's how I hear this at least. I can't critique the technical aspects since I'm not well versed in music. But I love this ^^ Even without my imagined story, it's so catchy and happy I'd love it anyway!

It's quite calming and the piano is integrated beautifully ^^

I think the all sadness the original song had is lost without the words… but that's fine, this is an awesome and upbeat remix!

What a beautiful remix! You changed a cheery song into a calming and gorgeous arrangement… I especially love that part which starts at 1:33. Gah, this whole thing sounds magical and a bit desperate in my ears… the kind of desperation where you hope, so hard. I love it :D

I'm not used to hearing such upbeat remixes from Silent Hill of all games, so this really stands out. And I like it!

Well, hello ridiculously low 1.5 rating. The hell is up with that :/
This song is beautiful. Calming and mysterious but sad too… and around 2:45, in my ears, I hear desperation. A perfect theme for A.E. Chronics ^^

I like video games, drawing, and living on the internet. And sleeping. I upload art and sometimes animate. Way more active on my DA.
